Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your custom jerseys. Because each jersey is made to your unique specifications, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or design preferences.

However, we’ve got you covered in these cases:

• Manufacturing defects – If your jersey has a flaw in material or workmanship, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost.
• Incorrect item – If you received the wrong jersey (size, color, or design different from your order), we will send you the correct one or issue a full refund.
• Printing errors – If the custom text or number is misprinted, we will remake your jersey.

To start a return or exchange:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos showing the issue, and a brief description. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags (if any).
• Custom designs submitted by you that are printed exactly as provided cannot be refunded due to design preference.

Refunds – Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs – We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
